FAQs

Questions, answered.

The things patients ask us most — from first visit to insurance.

I have difficulty walking — how can you help?

Walking involves complex interactions across multiple body systems. We address the musculoskeletal, nervous, and cardiovascular components — helping you improve balance, rebuild reflexes, and restore sensory and motor function.

Can you help with pain relief?

Yes. We combine physical modalities with the right set of exercises, tailored to your age and condition, to reduce pain and keep it from coming back.

How can you help with post-surgical recovery?

Our specialists focus on orthopedic rehabilitation — post-surgical cases, strains, tendon injuries, and sprains — to help you regain lost range of motion and restore function through targeted exercise.

I had a neuro-related operation. Can you help?

Yes. We help reduce limiting symptoms, increase function, and improve overall quality of life for neurological conditions and nervous-system disorders.

Do you offer vestibular therapy?

Yes. We provide exercise-based therapy that relieves primary and secondary symptoms of vestibular disorders, including dizziness, visual disturbance, and vertigo.

How long will my sessions last?

Typically the first session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. Each subsequent session may last 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs.

How many sessions will I have?

It varies by diagnosis. Your physical therapist determines your plan of care and the number of visits during your first appointment.

What payment do you accept?

Cash, check, debit card, and credit card, and we can discuss payment plans. It is our policy to require payment at the time of service.

Does insurance cover my treatment?

Generally, yes. Our office assists with insurance verification and will inform you of your coverage and any payment due.

Do you offer programs once I’m better?

Yes. After therapy we review home programs and can meet at your gym or home to recommend beneficial ways to keep progressing.
