ProKinetics in Brooklyn (Bensonhurst), and Manhattan (Chelsea), NYC, is a premier physical therapy clinic. We have been serving our patients with diverse injury situations. We are committed to helping you work towards total recovery and help you set up for your physical success. 

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your contact details. You agree not to use our services or messaging platforms for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

The content of this Site, including text, graphics, images, and other material, is for informational purposes only. The content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 4. Mobile Messaging (A2P 10DLC) Program Terms

Prokinetics offers standard mobile text messaging alerts, operational updates, and support communications to clients who explicitly opt-in to receive them.

  • User Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking an opt-in box on our forms, or by sending an initial text message to our line at (718) 576 – 1150, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Billing Nerds. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Opt-Out (How to Cancel): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling us at ((718) 576 – 1150 or emailing info@prokinetics.com.
  • Rates: As with any text message program, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and account activity.
  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prokinetics Physical Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and software used on our website or within our services are the property of Prokinetics Physical Therapy and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Changes to These Terms

Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Prokinetics in the following way :

Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Additional Options:
