4. Mobile Messaging (A2P 10DLC) Program Terms
Prokinetics offers standard mobile text messaging alerts, operational updates, and support communications to clients who explicitly opt-in to receive them.
- User Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking an opt-in box on our forms, or by sending an initial text message to our line at (718) 576 – 1150, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Billing Nerds. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Opt-Out (How to Cancel): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

- Rates: As with any text message program, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and account activity.
- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
